All training programs require an initial 3-month commitment, and a 30-day cancellation notice after the initial 3 months. You can upgrade and downgrade between the 3 tiers month-to-month. Unused sessions don't roll over.

1×/week in-person 1-on-1 sessions at Edge, with additional support for training on your own.

All-In
Platinum
2–3×/week in-person sessions at Edge, for full 1-on-1 coaching supervision of all your training.

How a session works
Every session is a part of a bigger personalized plan.
You will train with 1-on-1 coaching supervision using specific exercises based on the goals outlined in your initial Evaluation. The sessions follow the principle of progressive overload: as your body adapts, the exercises become more challenging to continue improving your capacity and fitness long-term. Typically, each session will work on your:
Flexibility & Mobility
Build and control a sufficient range of motion in the joints required in your golf swing.
Stability & Balance
Learn how to move in patterns that help the sequencing and consistency of your golf swing.
Strength & Power
Produce more force and speed through neuromuscular adaptations that translate to increased clubhead speed and distance.
