The EGP fitness coaches are dedicated to continued professional development and are certified by fitness industry leaders such as TPI or NSCA. Our training philosophy centers around analyzing the body-swing connection, working with our clients in a personalized approach, and focusing on helping our clients move better, get stronger and swing faster.

Our golf and fitness coaches work as a team to make sure your work in the gym and on the driving range is all driven by the same objectives. Following the TPI methodology of Body-Swing Connection™, every chosen exercise has your golf swing in mind. Improving your mobility and strength where needed will finally help you improve your physical potential - and understanding your body will give you a chance to create a swing that builds on that potential.

Everyone's golf swing is unique - because everyone's body is unique. Our coaches know this, and that's why your work with us will start with numerous tests assessing your mobility, balance, power, and strength. Once we have the complete picture of your movement capabilities, we will create a personalized training plan. This personalized approach to training programming is the best way to reach your goals effectively while respecting your scheduling or training preferences. No more copying random exercises off social media; our coaches will put together a detailed plan that specifically works best for you!
MOVE BETTER - GET STRONGER - SWING FASTER
Everyone wants to hit the golf ball further, and we are here to help you with that ambition through our golf fitness training. There are many paths you can take in the search for more distance. At EGP, our model is called move better - get stronger - swing faster.

For any long hitter, the foundation of speed is moving well: sufficient mobility throughout the body and high command of crucial movement patterns. Once this foundation is built, gaining functional and balanced strength is the next step in preventing injuries and creating the potential for speed. Last, teaching your body to use strength explosively and move fast is the final step to long drives and low scores.
PRIVATE GOLF FITNESS COACHING
The private golf fitness coaching program is the most personalized and effective training option offered at Edge. To begin, our certified fitness professional will take you through a complete TPI fitness evaluation, assessing your mobility, stability, balance, coordination, strength, and power in all movement patterns essential for your golf swing. Based on your current abilities and future goals, you will receive a fully personalized training program targeting all physical skills needing improvement. The fitness evaluation will be repeated at the start and end of each 8-week training cycle to track your progress and suggest any changes in your training program. You will receive a PDF report of each evaluation. Aside from the strength an d power training program, you will also receive a daily mobility routine delivered through the TPI app, targeting your individual needs and containing instructional videos for every exercise. Each level of our private coaching also includes a number of one-on-one training sessions in the Edge Golf Performance fitness facility, which will help track your progress and teach you the correct form for all exercises. At the gold level, all your strength training sessions will be at Edge with one-on-one coaching attention!
- Bronze level: $600 per 8 weeks months includes:
- Two complete fitness evaluations (one at the start of the program, one at the end) - $300 value per evaluation!
- Four one-on-one training sessions at Edge Golf Performance
- Personalized strength and power training program completed at home or another fitness facility
- Personalized daily mobility routine delivered through the TPI app with instructional videos
- Silver level: $800 per 8 weeks includes:
- Two complete fitness evaluations (one at the start of the program, one at the end) - $300 value per evaluation!
- Eight one-on-one training sessions at Edge Golf Performance
- Personalized strength and power training program completed at home or another fitness facility
- Personalized daily mobility routine delivered through the TPI app with instructional videos
- Gold level: $1200 per 8 weeks includes:
- Two complete fitness evaluations (one at the start of the program, one at the end) - $300 value per evaluation!
- Personalized strength and training program completed fully at Edge Golf Performance with one-on-one coaching in every session (up to 24 training sessions)
- Personalized daily mobility routine delivered through the TPI app with instructional videos
